Job Title: Sales Manager (Builder / Hunter / Growth Focused)

About the Role 
 We are rebuilding our Academy into the premier education and community platform for the mid-term rental and corporate housing industry. To do that, we're looking for a Sales Manager who isn't just here to sell--but to build, lead, and scale. 
 This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, is energized by the challenge of building systems from the ground up, and has a strong track record in closing high-ticket offers. You're a hunter who loves the chase, a strategic communicator who connects with authenticity, and a builder who wants to architect scalable sales success. 
 This is not a plug-and-play sales position. It's a leadership-track opportunity for someone ready to take full responsibility for results, systems, and future team expansion. 
Key Responsibilities 
 Sales and Revenue Ownership 
 Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage inbound leads, run discovery calls, present offers, and close new members and partners for our high-ticket programs, memberships, and masterminds. 
 Lead Generation: Identify and generate new opportunities beyond current marketing lists via events, partnerships, B2B channels, outbound outreach, and social selling. 
 Product Mastery: Learn the ins and outs of our offers to confidently communicate their value and return on investment. 
 Sales Communication: Use strong verbal and written skills to conduct sales conversations via Zoom, email, and messaging. 
 System Building and Reporting 
 Sales System Development: Design and build scalable sales systems using GoHighLevel (or a similar platform), including pipelines, automations, and follow-ups. 
 KPI Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report key performance indicators weekly, including conversion rates, revenue closed, and activity metrics. 
 Documentation: Create clear and scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all sales processes to support training and future team growth. 
Experience and Knowledge 
 Background in high-ticket sales, ideally within education, masterminds, or coaching programs 
 Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) 
 Understanding of digital funnels, automated follow-up systems, and community-based marketing 
 Bonus: Familiarity with the real estate or corporate housing industry

 What Success Looks Like (First 90-180 Days) 
 Fully builds and manages the sales pipeline and automations in GoHighLevel 
 Establishes at least two new, consistent lead channels beyond current marketing sources 
 Closes an average of 8-10 new members per month or hits equivalent revenue goals
