Our client in the Educational industry is currently looking for Sales Manager to join their team, in Pretoria.
Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the B2C sales strategy for both contact and distance learning for the campus spanning the key catchment areas that include but are not limited to Pretoria.
Building and managing a high performing team and culture.
Setting regional team targets as well as manage performance and activities against these targets.
Working with the group schools marketing coordinator to drive schools marketing activities to support lead generation in the region.
Monitor, analyze and plan improvements to team performance to ensure key business and sales KPIxe2x80x99s are reached.
Recruiting, training, managing and monitoring student advisors so that they have the skills and knowledge to meet sales objectives.
Daily oversight of student advisor performance.
Strong lead management skills xe2x80x93 minimize lead leakage.
Able to train, coach and mentor the team and potentially other team members in the business.
Effectively performance manage the team when required, which includes both informal and formal methods of performance management.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
Ensuring the delivery of high standards of service to students.
Training programs to ensure that agents have good product and service knowledge, as well as customer handling skills.
Onboarding of new agents.
Understand company offering.
Understand systems and processes.
Requirements:
Extensive senior B2C sales management experience in Pretoria.
Experience within the education sector is preferable.
Experience in the management of sales sites (stores) is preferable.
Proven track record of success in growing top line revenue.
