Leading Pest Control Treatment company are seeking an experienced SALES MANAGER who has experience within this sector in to work remotely in Pietermaritzburg KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Activities 1. Manage the entire sales pipeline from cold calling to deal closure. 2. Qualify prospective clients. 3. Conduct pest consultations at prospective clients. 4. Prepare high-quality reports and proposals for prospective clients. 5. Present proposals to prospective clients. 6. Ensure and maintain customer satisfaction. Pest Management Activities 1. Implement integrated pest management solutions tailored to each clientxe2x80x99s unique needs. This includes inspecting buildings and premises for signs of pests, determining the necessary treatment, and executing treatments effectively. 2. Develop pest management plans. 3. Maintain equipment and vehicle inventory. 4. Record relevant pest data and generate monthly client reports. 5. Maintain excellent communication with clients. Management Activities 1. Train and oversee new employees. 2. Handle general branch administration. 3. Manage financial administration, including budgeting and reporting at the Board level. 4. Administer human resources functions. REQUIREMENTS 1. Grade 12 2. Three years + Pest Control Operator/Officer experience 3. Management experience 4. Proven track record of successfully winning new contracts. 5. Be results driven and goal orientated. 6. Financial awareness of business plans and financial models. 7. Registered and valid P Number in Structural Pest Management and one other Pest Management Field 8. Valid Driverxe2x80x99s License. 9. Own Transport 10. Be computer literate in Microsoft Office. RUMUNERATION 1. R15,000 To R20,000 Basic Salary (Negotiable xe2x80x93 Depending on experience & qualifications) 2. Up To R8,900 Car Allowance 3. Company Petrol Card 4. Wifi Allowance 5.
