Full accountability for the achievement of revenue streams, profitability, and volume growth, as well as other key performance indicators for selected accounts in the assigned customer-portfolio/s will be required by you
You will facilitate and support the Regional Manager with implementing initiatives derived from major account plans and ensure activities, roles and responsibilities and measures for achievement are defined and agreed
Taking responsibility for effective negotiation, management and administration of all contractual obligations, pricing, and other administrative requirements of accounts in portfolio will be your role
You will maintain, retain, manage, and grow the allocated customer base
Furthermore, you will be accountable for an Annual Sales Turnover of between R80m to R 100m
What makes you great
You possess a Degree in Commerce or a Technical discipline with five years' experience in Sales and Marketing with preference for experience as an account manager in the LPG Industry
You have an in-dept knowledge of Afrox organisation, matrix and products and services and ability to work across organisation and effectively integrate cross-functional priorities
As a team player, you possess great cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, a high computer literacy with working knowledge of SAP R3, as well as a very good command of English
In addition, a high degree of customer focus, self-motivation, negotiation and conflict resolution, strategic thinking, decision making & execution and business acumen is desirable
