Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to successfully introduce and position the new brand in South Africa.
Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with key clients in retail, architecture, interior design, and construction sectors.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with stakeholders across the value chain.
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate closely with marketing and distribution teams to ensure brand visibility and effective route-to-market execution.
Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the company's high standards of service and integrity.
Build strong client relationships, and driving sales across multiple routes to market, including retailers, architects, designers, and construction companies.
The Successful Applicant
Extensive experience in sales and business development, being able to meet targets and extend distribution channels.
Proven experience within the tiles, granite, porcelain, kitchen tops or related industry (essential).
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
Honest, proactive, and target-driven professional.
