The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to achieve business growth targets. This role focuses on generating new business, managing key client relationships, and ensuring that sales strategies align with the company's overall objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business decisions.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for management.

3. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of
5 years' experience in sales
