Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Report to management flash sales, lost orders, and stock issues report.
Lead, motivate and inspire GivEnergy team.
Effective and professional customer contact, extracting the needs of the customer.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Oversee sales operations, including pricing strategies, sales forecasting, and inventory management, to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Monitor sales performance against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations or challenges.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
Provide input to annual sales budgets and monthly targets
Work with the Technical team to provide onsite and remote commissioning support
Engage with the UK and China on new product roadmap and roll out strategies
Attend exhibitions and conferences as required
Minimum Requirements:
National Certificate NQF Level 4 / Grade 12
Relevant university degree/diploma
A minimum of five (5) to 7seven (7) years of relevant experience in a sales environment, with three being in a management role
