Job Responsibility
Manage Sales Team
Manage leads and on-line chat
Sales Planning
Coaching and training staff
Staff Performance Management
Setup sales budgets and targets
Present weekly and monthly sales reports
Liaison and relationship building with Business Partners.
Responsible for increasing the enrolment of students via sales leads
Responsible for developing business by creating awareness about the organization in various educational institutions through marketing collateral, events and activities, thereby generating database for future.
Execute all activities and evaluate their respective impact in terms of revenue and enrolments.
Achieve quarterly sales targets
Increase and expand the business potential
Qualifications
Relevant Degree
Call centre (qualification is an advantage)
Senior Certificate
Experience and Skills
3 years managing experience in a fast paced call centre
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Internet and Email)
Knowledge of sales principles and methods
Proven track record in sales
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess an ability to adopt and solve problems
Must be able to make sound judgement under pressure
Deadline driven
Must be able to speak confidently and demonstrate professionalism, people and team focus skills essential.
Possess a high level of work ethic and confidentiality

Numerical ability
Similar experience in the Private Education Sector or FMCG Industry will be advantage.
