Job Summary Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering and Sales/Marketing tertiary certificates (advantageous). Knowledge and/or experience in rail industry. Knowledge of QA requirements and standards Key Responsibilities: Sales Functions: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Executive in creating annual budgets. Assist in obtaining accurate sales forecasts from customers. Build and maintain a contact matrix of clients, focusing on key decision makers. Develop and manage a schedule for client visits. Actively search for new growth opportunities. Communicate with customers regarding pricing matters. Coordinate with internal sales departments to enhance service levels. Address customer sales needs, including understanding requirements, informing them about the company's product range, offering technical advice, and managing client relationships. Innovate methods to enhance the product range, working with applications engineering staff. Provide necessary technical support to customers. Handle customer service aspects like arranging and attending meetings, enhancing customer relations, managing customer satisfaction surveys, addressing complaints, promoting product awareness, and delivering training on the company's product range. Establish regular meetings with customers' training departments for product training. Marketing Department Functions: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Executive and their team to offer accurate customer advice. Participate in customer meetings and site visits with the Sales and Marketing Executive. Assist in Contract Review and tender issuance processes. Plan and execute exhibitions, including preparing displays. Assist the Sales and Marketing Executive in creating marketing materials.
