Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and leading sales initiatives to achieve company goals in the USA. You will focus on expanding our presence across outsourcing and related industries, acquiring new B2B clients in the North American Market and driving revenue growth through a consultative, solutions-driven sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients in target industries.
Build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities by creating tailored solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction and service delivery.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance against established targets.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within outsourcing, insurance, real estate, RPO, e-commerce, email marketing, or related industries in the USA or north American Market.
Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
