Maintain and grow sales within the existing customer base
Obtain new sales from other identified potential customers
Ensure adherence to procedures on customer sales orders, specifications, pricing, payment terms and record keeping
Conduct regular visits to allocated customers to build/maintain relationships and grow volumes
Gather and report market information on allocated and new customers
Ensure customers' needs are met by obtaining the required FFS support: technical, supply chain, pricing, credit management
Assist with customer price management for existing customers
Assist with pricing for potential new customers
Market the division's energy products to other existing and new customers - formulating and growing a sales opportunity pipeline
Ensure historical performance reviews and budgeting and forecasting for new sales performance targets
Assist with customer credit management
