Sales Manager KZN (External)
Brief :
Motivate and drive sales performance for the enrollment intakes Provide leadership support to the sales team as a group and on an individual basis Have an understanding of CRM and utilizing it as a tool to maintain positive sales conversion as a group and individual basis Conduct necessary process, product and system training for newly appointed sales consultants Ensure regulatory compliance by the sales team and adherence to company policies Create developmental journey per sales consultant based on strengths and areas of development.
Education:
Grade 12
Dipl. In Sales Management
Experience / Skills:
2 years in Hardware wholesale and retail sales environment
5 years leadership experience.
Must be a good planner
Excellent advanced computer skills
Must have organizational skills
Needs to be a methodical thinker
