Our client in the manufacturing industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Sales Manager (EE).
Main purpose of the position:
- To manage the Sales and Marketing function at the branch and to increase sales volumes in accordance with customer demands and company budgeted forecast commensurate with the Companyxe2x80x99s business plan and objectives in managing sales.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Appropriate Sales/ Marketing diploma or degree.
- 5-8 years sales and marketing management exposure.
- Automotive/ Technical Industry Experience.
- Experience in a foam plastics environment can be advantages.
- Computer Literate - MS Office (Word, Excel, Syspro etc.)
- Valid Drivers License is Essential.
- Managing the sales and marketing function of the branch.
- Conducting Sales and Market intelligence.
- Calling on all major customers.
- Monitoring Sales performance and objectives from Sales team.
- Developing new business.
- Achieve Sales budget objectives.
- Ensure updated price list and set selling process with Branch Manager.
- Good product knowledge and good communication skills.
- Motivating and driving the sales team.
- Coaching and guiding sales and Internal reps.
- Developing and implementing sales strategy.
