- Lead, coach, and grow a team of dynamic real estate agents
- Drive deal flow and ensure a healthy sales pipeline
- Set and smash sales targets for the branch
- Manage sales performance, budgets, and profitability
- Foster strong relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders
- Represent the brand with pride in the local community
- Proven track record in real estate sales management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire performance
- Target-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Willingness to live in or near the branch location
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
