Minimum Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Diploma or Certificate in Sales/Marketing Management (NQF 5 or 6).
Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Sales Management, or related field advantageous.
8 - 10 years' experience in a sales leadership role, including technical solution selling.
Experience in managing large internal and external sales teams and meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong commercial and customer relationship acumen.
Proficiency in CRM, ERP systems (eg SAP) and MS Office.
Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be fluent in English.

Lead and develop internal and external sales teams across value-added and roofing sales.
Implement training, performance management and succession planning.
Ensure employee relations and performance standards are met.
Customer & Supplier Relations
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide technical support and solutions to meet customer needs.
Respond to queries, manage queries and problems, and support customer satisfaction.
Compliance & SHEQ Management
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and legal regulations.
Review and approve quotations in line with company procedures.
