Job Summary Just Property Centurion is looking to appoint a Sales Manager whose primary role will involve assuming responsibility for and actively promoting the sales department. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all sales agents to maximize revenue generated from sales and motivating agents to drive exceptional performance and contribute to the overall success of our sales department. Responsibilities: Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues Recruit new sales property practitioners to assist in surpassing the sales goals Set individual targets with sales team members Work on sales scripts with agents Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting Provide general support in the management of office activities Assist to develop and maintain relationships with Customers Ensure the best customer service to all our customers Requirements: The successful applicant must have: A valid driver's license and own reliable transport. Bachelor's Degree/National Diploma in Real Estate/Business Administration. More than 3 years experience as a Property Practitioner. More than 3 years experience as a sales manager. Proven track record in building and managing a sales team. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong leadership skills. Good communication skills. Good problem-solving skills Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and NQ4 qualification in Real Estate. Remuneration: Market-related basic salary plus commission. Experience required: 3 years as a Property Practitioner 3 years sales experience in real estate 2 years sales management in real estate
