What You'll Do

This isn't a "sit back and wait" role. We need a doer. A driver. Someone who treats the business like their own.



You will:



Lead, motivate, and grow our sales team into a sharp, high-performing unit

Break into new categories & regions - think creatively, act boldly

Build genuine relationships with businesses across SA

Negotiate win-win deals that excite our customers

Coach & develop reps with clear KPIs, feedback, and ongoing support

Spot trends and opportunities before anyone else does

Design and refine sales processes to boost efficiency and performance

Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, ops, customer success)

Own the numbers - forecasts, reports, targets, growth plans

Industry experience in e-commerce, travel, hospitality, retail, digital marketplaces, or similar deal-driven spaces is a strong plus.
