Sales Manager
who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a results-driven environment, and has a strong network within the travel and tourism industry. Experience in

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive occupancy, increase revenue, and grow the hotel's presence in the local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have proven hospitality sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for creating tailored experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and secure new corporate, leisure, and group business for the hotel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel agents, corporate clients, DMCs, tour operators, and event planners.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to increase room nights and maximize revenue.
Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, sales calls, and client meetings.
Prepare and manage sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.
Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional activities.
Conduct site inspections and client familiarization trips to showcase the hotel's offerings.
Negotiate rates, contracts, and corporate agreements.
Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales targets.
Provide exceptional service and follow-up to all clients and business partners.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in the
hospitality industry
(luxury hotel experience preferred).
Existing network within the local and international travel trade is a strong advantage.
Experience in
luxury travel sales
will be highly beneficial.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Ability to develop creative sales strategies and build long-term client relationships.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
Relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
