Job Description
Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team in the Real Estate Sector? Our client is searching for a driven and charismatic Sales Manager to spearhead their branch operations.
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' sales experience in the Real Estate Sector as a full-status agent. NQF 4 real estate qualification (required). Energetic, goal-driven, and a true peoples person.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and tracking the sales performance of all branch agents. Recruiting talented sales agents to expand their team. Providing ongoing mentoring and training to nurture a high-performing sales team. Compiling and reporting monthly sales figures to leadership. Ensuring the well-being and effective management of agents across the branch.
