COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Grenada Citizenship by Investment service provider JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and promote companyxe2x80x99s initiatives, liaise between the company and client, building and maintaining good relationship with the clients. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategic plans in line with sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify clientsxe2x80x99 needs and objectives and offer best tailored solutions possible
  • Provide regular updates and manage clients' needs
  • Coordinate with designated team to ensure achievement of sales goals and provide client satisfaction
  • Attend events and sales seminar related to the industry
  • Observe company standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 2 years experience in sales preferably in Citizenship by Investment, Financial Services or Real Estate industry
  • Negotiation, relationship management and communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent Business, Marketing or related field
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
Job Type: Full-time Salary: From R420,000.00 per year Education:
  • Bachelors (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Real Estate, Financial Services or CBI sales: 2 years (Required)
