Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Manager based in Cape Town

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma ideally in a Food related qualification
5 to 10+ years achievement track record in sales at Key Accounts Manager or at a Regional level.
Research, analytical and judgement skills.
Written and Verbal communication skills.

KPAs:

Determine the company's market share in key business segments.
Increase sales
Grow sales
Must know the FMCG market very well
Assess the accuracy of the current client categorization.
Analyze CRM using unbiased feedback on brand, products, pricing, service, and sales.
Formulate ideas and strategies to address problem areas.
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, and feedback from field activity.
Travel with sales representatives and area managers and offer coaching and mentorship.
