., a leading manufacturer of injection moulded products in South Africa, is currently seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join their team at their Cape Town facility. In your capacity, you will be expected to deliver on the following:
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across both established and emerging markets.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
Negotiating sales agreements that align customer satisfaction with company goals
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to guide strategic planning
Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet client expectations
Achieve set objectives, goals & targets.
Handle and resolve all queries from the national customer base
Re-signing & upgrading customers
What You Bring
Proven experience in sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with genuine customer empathy
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally when necessary.
Fluency in English and Afrikaans is a must.
