Job Summary Sales Manager - Leading Beverage Company, Bahrain Our client is a leading importer and distributor of alcoholic beverages in Bahrain operating in the retail, home delivery and on-trade sectors and they are now seeking a dynamic, persuasive Sales Manager to join their team. With a cutting edge portfolio covering over 400 products from more than 50 international companies, the company represents some of the world's biggest developing brands. The Sales Manager will actively search for new clients as well as service current clients and promote the company's brands to all clients to ensure that the company continues to grow market share. Key Attributes Candidates must preferably be holding a formal qualification in Hospitality At least three years senior experience in the liquor trade is required either in Hotels, retail, events or online. A good working knowledge of IT systems, eg Fidelio, Opera, Micros Excellent beverage product knowledge In depth acumen regarding customer needs, market segments, and cultural understanding - prior experience in a GCC country will be a big advantage. Outstanding communication and presentation skills Good background in the Sales process and Public Relations Comfortable working with data analysis and statistics Fluency in English is essential with Arabic being a big plus The ability to handle stress Excellent grooming and presentation Reporting directly to the General Manager Package Salary - US$3,200 net per month Accommodation Transportation Medical Insurance Life Insurance Annual Ticket home Generous Sales Commission structure - Sales Managers can achieve up to one full month salary per quarter if targets are met Single or married status (no schooling provided) Please do not apply if you do not possess the specified skills and experience stated above.
