Responsibilities:

• Convert pre-qualified appointments into successful purchases
• Travel to clients to complete in home apprasials
• Build rapport and trust with potential sellers
• Address client questions and concerns effectively
• Negotiate purchase terms that satisfy clients while maintaining profitability
• Complete transactions efficiently and professionally
• Deliver a world class customer experience
• Meet and exceed acquisition targets
• Maintain high conversion rates from appointments to purchases
• Execute transactions while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
