To achieve dealership sales targets by actively engaging with customers, building strong relationships, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Responsible for selling new and pre-owned vehicles, promoting dealership products and services, and maintaining compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet, engage, and build rapport with prospective customers in the showroom and through leads.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, features, and financing options.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and financing options within dealership guidelines.
Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory and dealership policies.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Maintain a professional showroom environment aligned with the dealership's standards.
Promote value-added services (insurance, service plans, accessories, warranties).
Capture and update customer details accurately in the CRM system.
