our client is seeking a motivatedSales Intern
to join their team for an18-month internship
. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or 3rd-year student inIT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
. The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, confidence, and a positive attitude, while supporting Sales Engineers and IT department with daily tasks, customer engagement/ queries, and CRM activities.Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with customer communication via email, calls, and CRM updates. Support the IT department with basic system queries, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks. Provide day-to-day support to the Sales Engineers. Assist the sales team with sales-related queries and customer requests. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth sales and IT operations. Contribute to general administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
3rd-year student or recent graduate in Information Systems, IT / Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering. Basic exposure to IT systems and CRM software. Strong communication, confidence, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and manage tasks independently.
