Our GO! Graduate Sales Program is designed for passionate, entry-level professionals eager to build a meaningful career in sales. This 18-month fast-track journey offers a clearly defined career path, comprehensive sales training, and dedicated coaching and mentoring from day one. What You Will Do
--------------------
You will be based in our Sales division located in Johannesburg, reporting to the National Sales Manager.
Assist in building, growing, and maintaining customer's relationships by running defined projects and support the day-to-day operations;
Participate in the implementation of agreed product development plans and training for selected customers;
Prepare promotional activities based on category management tools;
Meet personal sales targets across the full line of products and/or services within the assigned customers supported by the National Sales Manager;
Regularly collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment;
Monitor and analyze competitor activity to identify market trends and opportunities;
Perform administrative tasks, planning, presentations, reporting and placing of orders.
Who You Are
---------------
A graduate with a passion for sales, a positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn;
University degree (Bachelor or Master) - preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Healthcare, Medicine & Nursing, Health Science, Sales & Marketing;
No more than 24 months work experience;
A valid RSA driving license;
Available for local and potential provincial travelling opportunities;
Graduates with a curiosity for the consumers & customers journey through digital touch points;
Strong analytical, planning and computer (Microsoft) skills;
Fluent in English, with an international mindset and strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures .
