Technical Bachelors qualification or related (Engineering,etc)
Roles and Responsibilities:
General administrative tasks (e-filing, Salesforce, SAP, updating of trackers etc)
Tender/ RFQ Administration - Identification, realisation, preparation and submission
Following up telephonically and/or via email with new/existing clients on outstanding Questionnaires or documents
Assistance with the coordination of training classes
Meeting attendance (In-person and virtual),documenting / preparation of minutes and actioning of tasks derived
Screening of Questionnaires, applications and contracts to ensure that documents are populated correctly/ signed
Preparation of quotation documents
Market research and analysis (when required)
Creation of databases (for marketing, tracking etc)
Attending and assistance with the hosting of marketing events and expos (if required)
Management of emailing lists regarding training schedules, product information documents, promo's etc
