Job Description

Active cold calling and direct sales through canvasing different areas in-person to prospective clients Present, promote and sell products Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with prospective customers to generate new business Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services Informing customers of new product offerings Attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews Ensuring relevant managers are aware of changes within clients Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively Base retention - attending to client needs Achieve sales target as set by the company Custrack loading

Requirements and Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers Must 3-5 years sales experience Previous experience working as a sales representative in

O/A Telecoms Industry would be advantageous

Hardworking with a strong work ethic Target driven and competitive Must be able to use own initiative when it comes to developing new business -think out of the box Presentable

Must have own vehicle

Must have a Clear criminal record.
