JOB ADVERTISEMENT: SALES EXECUTIVE

New Generation Farms (Pty) Ltd is a growing agricultural supplier specialising in fresh vegetables, fruit, and produce for commercial clients. We are looking for a driven Sales Executive who understands the fresh produce game and knows how to open doors and secure clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and secure new clients, with a strong focus on restaurants, hospitality businesses, and bulk buyers Build and maintain long-term client relationships Promote and sell New Generation Farms' range of fresh produce Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply arrangements Understand client demand patterns and relay market feedback to management Meet and exceed monthly sales targets Represent the company professionally in the market
Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fresh produce / vegetable / fruit supply industry Strong understanding of how the Johannesburg market operates (experience working in or selling into Joburg is highly advantageous) A solid network or confidence in ability to build one within the restaurant and hospitality sector Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
Remuneration

Basic salary (market-related) and commission-based earnings linked to performance Real opportunity for growth as the business expands. Salary negotiable.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15000,00 - R25000,00 per month
