Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and focus on selling our inventory of used vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for cars. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales deals, as well as building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
2. Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations to potential buyers and highlight key features and benefits.
3. Negotiate price and terms of sale to close deals and meet sales targets.
4. Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, ensuring a positive buying experience for all customers.
5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends in the used vehicle industry.
6. Coordinate with the finance department to secure financing for customers as needed.
7. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote future sales opportunities.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
4. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
5. Knowledge of and passion for vehicles, particularly in the used car market.
6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
