Position Summary:



The Sales Executive will report to the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within their assigned territory. This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding the customer base, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Primary Responsibilities:



1. Sales Generation



The Sales Executive will focus on outbound calls, including cold calling and warm lead follow-ups, to engage prospective students. They will employ consultative selling techniques to understand each prospect's needs, offering tailored solutions that highlight the value of the company and our courses.

Managing a busy sales diary, they will balance telephone and MS Teams-based calls to maintain a consistent and productive outreach schedule. The role includes meticulous sales administration, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up planning within the CRM system. With a clear focus on calls and targets, the Sales Executive will strive to exceed KPIs while delivering a high-quality experience for every prospective student.

On occasion and as the business needs demand, attendance at events, exhibitions and client visits will be expected in Ireland and possibly abroad to existing and potential clients.

2. Sales Action Planning



The Sales Executive will collaborate with the HOD to develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. They will contribute to optimising sales strategies by providing input on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Active participation in sales meetings, sharing insights and updates, and contributing to the overall sales strategy will be expected.

3. Pipeline Management & Forecasting



Accurate record-keeping of pipeline activities, lead and application interactions, and sales performance will be maintained by the Sales Executive using CRM software or designated tools. They will prepare regular pipeline updates and forecasts for review by the HOD. Through analysis of sales data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement, the Sales Executive will contribute to enhancing sales performance.

4. Customer Relationship Management



Building strong relationships with existing partners, such as athlete or player unions, is a key responsibility of the Sales Executive. They will focus on maximising customersatisfaction and loyalty by understanding partner needs and providing appropriate solutions and recommendations. Regular communication with partners and or their members will be maintained to ensure enquiries result in enrolments. Additionally, the Sales Executive will identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing partners or within their network.

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:



A proven track record of cold calling, sales, achieving targets and over-delivering Exceptional communication (email, telephony and face to face) The ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and written. Ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects A positive and professional approach toward customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment Strong negotiation skills Knowledge of CRM programs
