We are looking to appoint a sales executive at one of our resorts. As our companyxe2x80x99s sales representative, you will be utilising your sound presentation and communication skills to pitch projects and make sales . Your confidence in hospitality sales, your solid track record in selling, and your entrepreneurial spirit would count in your favour to be part of Dream Hotel & Resortsxe2x80x99 effective selling team.

Responsibilities:

• Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Matric + related tertiary qualification

Must have / be:

• Proven track record in meeting sales targets (in the hospitality, related B2C or Insurance industry ).
• Bilingual in English & Afrikaans
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency in Admin and Microsoft Office.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented mindset & independent worker .
