The Role: Sales Executive
As the Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for taking a new software product to market, identifying key opportunities, and driving consistent revenue growth. You'll play a central role in positioning the company's platform as a trusted enterprise solution, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring a strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for enterprise software.
Generate and convert high-quality leads across multiple industries.
Build and maintain relationships with clients in government, finance, and the private sector.
Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate pipeline and sales reporting.
Lead product presentations, negotiations, and partnership development.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
About You
5+ years of B2B software sales experience (FinTech, SaaS, or call center tech preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience with CRM tools (Bitrix preferred).
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
