Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm UK, alternate half day Saturdays 10am-4pm UK

About the Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the property sector, looking for a dynamic

Telesales Executive

to join their fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a passion for telesales and delivering results. You will be making 80 calls a day, providing support to a busy phone line that receives over 200 calls daily, and actively contributing to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 80 outbound calls per day, driving sales and generating new leads. Assist in onboarding new Landlords. Answer and manage inbound calls for a busy phone line. Handle customer enquiries, providing excellent service and information about property services. Sell property-related products and services with a consultative approach. Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions on CRM System. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive communication and proactive solutions. Work towards targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a sales-driven environment. Ability to handle high call volumes. Experience in appointment setting. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and CRM tools. High energy, proactive, and target-driven attitude. A keen eye for detail, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping. A hunger to grow and succeed, with the ambition to take on new challenges. Previous experience in property-related sales is a plus but not essential. Available for an immediate start. This role will suit candidates that are looking for progression and self-development.

Hardware Requirements:

Own computer or laptop. ADSL/FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps. Headphones and Smartphone compatible for use with our VOIP phone system. Anti-virus installed. UPS/Back-up battery for load shedding.
