Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, meeting sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
Negotiate pricing, finance options, and trade-in values
Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
2 Years proven experience in automotive or retail sales (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Customer-first mindset with a professional appearance
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
