Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of sales experience within an automotive dealership environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and financing options
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Professional appearance and positive, energetic attitude

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and explain product features
Negotiate pricing, finance, and trade-in offers in a professional manner
Follow up with leads and maintain contact with past and potential customers
Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends
Process necessary documentation for sales and finance agreements
Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, admin, service) to ensure a smooth sales process
