Sales Executive: New Business (asset Finance)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining a consistent new business pipeline across group products
  • Onboarding new clients through lead generation, cold calling, referrals and new origination channels
  • Cross-selling and structuring lending solutions (standalone or combined products)
  • Attending client meetings, presenting solutions, and closing deals
  • Managing your pipeline to meet budget, profitability and credit quality targets
  • Working closely with internal sales, credit, operations and finance teams
  • Ensuring full compliance with credit, legal and FICA requirements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years proven sales experience, preferably in lending or financial services
  • Strong understanding of secured and unsecured lending, credit risk and financial statements
  • Confident in cold calling, sourcing new business and closing deals
  • Comfortable engaging at senior and head-office level
  • Solid CRM and Microsoft Office experience
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and results-driven
