- Must have the following qualities: honesty, self-discipline, self-motivation, intelligence, maturity, energy, presentability, likeability, passion, experience.
- Min 3 yearsxe2x80x99 recent external sales experience
- Own reliable vehicle
- Construction industry experience - paving, tiling, pools, hardware, landscaping/similar - essential
- Design, creativity, drawing highly advantageous
