As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents and tour operators.. You will manage the full sales process -- from generating leads and conducting in-person sales calls to presentations, contracting, rate negotiations, and monitoring performance against revenue goals.
You will partner closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns, maintain competitive positioning, and ensure trade partners are fully equipped to sell the lodge experience. The role requires regular travel to Johannesburg HQ for team collaboration and onsite visits to the lodge to maintain first-hand product knowledge and alignment with the operational team.

Key Responsibilities
Grow trade sales through proactive relationship management
Conduct regular sales trips and attend key industry events
Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
Drive lead generation and conversion against revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and produce sales reporting
2-4 years' experience in travel trade or hospitality sales
Strong network within South African travel trade
Confident presenter with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-driven with a commercial mindset and results orientation
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel frequently
Salary & Benefits
R25,000 - R30,000 CTC, depending on experience
