The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leisure sales within the hospitality industry, an existing network of tour operators, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Minimum Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years' experience
in leisure sales within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Strong knowledge and network of
inbound and domestic tour operators
.
Experience working with
hotel sales systems and CRM tools
; Opera PMS experience is a distinct advantage.
Familiarity with
contracting and rate structures
for leisure business.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Development & Account Management
Identify, acquire, and manage relationships with key tour operators (inbound and domestic) to generate room night production across the hotel portfolio.
Maintain a comprehensive database of leisure clients, ensuring regular engagement and account growth.
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and destination trainings with existing and prospective clients.
Manage and execute sales strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities in the leisure market.
Attend trade shows, workshops, and client events locally and internationally, representing the hotel brand professionally, when required.
Contracting & Negotiations
Collaborate with the Revenue and Sales teams to support the negotiation of FIT and Group STO agreements, as well as tactical deals where applicable.
Ensure all contracts are aligned with revenue goals and profitability targets.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and report on leisure production by account, segment, and region.
Prepare monthly sales reports, travel calendars, and action plans.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaboration & Internal Communication
Work closely with the reservations and operational teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of leisure bookings.
Share market insights and guest preferences to inform product development and marketing campaigns
