What Youll Be Doing:
Source your own leads through proactive methods think real estate partnerships, direct-to-client outreach, community engagements, social media, and corporate activations.
Assess client needs with care and detailconduct financial assessments, understand credit profiles, and tailor solutions.
Present and close products that solve real problemswhether it's refinancing or a brand-new purchase.
Manage your pipeline from application to approval, ensuring full transparency and client satisfaction at every step.
Maintain post-sale relationships for referrals and future business.
? What Were Looking For:
2+ years of sales success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Track record of proactively generating leads (real estate, finance, or insurance experience is a plus)
Matric certificate, valid drivers license, and your own reliable transport
High energy, persuasive, self-motivated and customer-obsessed
