Our client is a leading business-to-business publishing house, specialising in trade publications across niche industries.
The opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic sales executive to join our clients team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business and fostering strong client relationships, particularly in the travel, tourism, and energy sectors.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the companys growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships
- Experience selling to at least one of these sectors:
- Travel: Former travel agents are encouraged to apply
- Energy: Proven experience in selling to energy or related sectors.
- Tourism: Sales experience with lodges, hotels, or the broader tourism industry
- Magazine sales experience is advantageous
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business
- Minimum qualification: Matric
- A valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
- Strong skills in closing and negotiation
