Sales Executive
Job Description
My client in Global Logistics is looking for a Sales Executive to join their team. Must have completed Bachelors Degree /Diploma in Sales & Marketing with minimum 5 years experience specifically in logistics sales. Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills with ability to generate new business, maintain existing accounts & achieve sales targets. Required excellent knowledge of Incoterms and all major trade lanes into South Africa & Import/Export/Cross Trade Air/Sea knowledge.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics industry
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts through effective relationship management and customer service
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential and existing customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and promote the company
