## About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Intern with an interest in software sales, specifically in Hospital EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and medical record management solutions. This internship is designed as a hands-on, target-driven training program that prepares interns for full-time roles in B2B healthcare software sales.
## Key Responsibilities
Learn and understand Hospital EMR systems, EHR workflows, and medical record software features
Identify and generate leads from hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers
Conduct product demos(online/offline) under supervision
Assist in sales pitches, proposals, and follow-ups
Maintain and update CRM dataand sales pipelines
Work towards monthly sales targets(leads, demos, conversions, or revenue-based)
Coordinate with the product and implementation teams for client onboarding
Analyze market trends and competitor EMR solutions
## Monthly Targets (Training-Oriented)
Lead generation targets
Demo scheduling targets
Qualified opportunity targets
Conversion or revenue milestones (progressive, based on training phase)
## Skills & Requirements
Basic understanding or keen interest in software sales / SaaS
Knowledge of hospital operations, EMR/EHR, or healthcare ITis a strong advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with cold calling, emails, and virtual meetings
Goal-oriented mindset with willingness to work on performance-based targets
Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email tools)
MBA / BBA / Healthcare Management / IT background preferred (not mandatory)
