Our luxury Blueberry Hill Hotel and Spa in Honeydew is seeking a talented and ambitious Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth and to elevate our brand within the vibrant hospitality market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional with proven market experience and strong connections with tour operators, travel agents and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic planning to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base, implement sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue, occupancy and our brand visibility.

Build and strengthen partnerships with local and international tour operators and corporate clients.

Represent the hotel at tourism trade fairs, roadshows and networking events

Ability to work with a team to ensure seamless customer experience, collaborate with reservations and other key departments to ensure optimal performance and optimise sales performance.

Follow through on all commitments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction in the sales process

Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations to management

Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and growth opportunities, consistently deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets

Drive outbound sales activity including cold calls, client meetings and tailored proposals.

Meet and exceed individual as well as business targets and goals

Direct communication with customers while defining products and services to identify new selling opportunities

Generate new business leads and convert them into confirmed bookings, a high level of customer interaction with prompt response time

Manage your pipeline and maintain accurate records of leads and sales, ensure all customer information and transaction details are accurate.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Requirements and Skills



Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets

3 - 5 years' experience in the hospitality sector as a Sales and Marketing Executive -

(non-negotiable)



Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Valid driver`s license and own reliable vehicle

Excellent listening, negotiation, communication, strong presentation, pitching and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal, spelling and grammar and written communication skills

Possesses exceptional attention to detail and is committed to deliver exceptional customer service and an unforgettable experience

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Methodical, organized and accurate, with an exceptional attention to detail

Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a target-driven environment, results-driven and passionate about luxury hospitality

A hunter mentality - driven to build a pipeline and close deals

Results-orientated and competitive, with the discipline to follow through

Confident and persuasive, with strong relationship-building skills, a self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team
