Sales Executive

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound and outbound calls

to convert leads into confirmed bookings. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Follow up on leads and build strong relationships with prospective customers. Provide accurate quotes and explain our services clearly and confidently. Maintain and update CRM systems with customer details and interaction history. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Meet daily and monthly

sales targets

and KPIs.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in

sales or customer service

, preferably in a B2C environment.

Excellent communication skills

--both verbal and written (English fluency required). Proven ability to manage high call volumes and close sales effectively. Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision. Strong organisational and time management skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and work with CRM and booking tools. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
