Motor Sales Executive
to join our team.Minimum Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in motor vehicle sales
Valid driver's license Computer literacy Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Familiarity with systems such as VMG, Signio, or AutoSLM is advantageousKey Responsibilities
Assessing customer needs and showcasing appropriate vehicles Arranging and conducting test drives Negotiating trade-ins, pricing, and financing options Completing all necessary paperwork efficiently and accurately Promoting accessories and after-sales services Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Skills & Attributes
Strong product knowledge of motor vehicles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Financial literacy and basic negotiation capabilities Confident and goal-driven Professional appearance and conduct Ability to sell both in-person and telephonically Adaptable and eager to thrive in a high-paced environment
