Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with product selection, including tyres, batteries, shocks, brakes, exhausts, and other fitment services
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and expert product knowledge
- Provide accurate quotations and process sales efficiently
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Upsell related products and services based on customer needs
- Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure smooth job flow and client satisfaction
- Maintain an organised showroom and ensure display stock is current and well-presented
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the branch's performance
- Previous sales experience in the tyre, automotive, or fitment industry is highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-driven with a passion for customer service and sales
- Basic technical knowledge of tyres, shocks, brakes, and related fitment products
- Reliable, honest, and able to work in a team environment
- Computer literate (POS systems, basic admin)
- Matric certificate or equivalent
