  • Evidence of Success: You must have a demonstrable track record (8+ years) of exceeding sales targets in a B2B Enterprise environment, specifically selling complex digital services, custom software, or technology consulting.
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You have concrete examples of generating your own leads and opening doors at the C-Level without relying solely on inbound marketing.
  • Domain Expertise: Experience navigating the Financial Services, Insurance, or AI landscapes is critical. You understand the language of digital transformation.
  • Consultative Approach: You don't just pitch products; you solve problems. You can point to specific deals where you crafted a solution that addressed a critical client pain point.
